As well as the great classical flour ground from soft wheat « 00 » and the double-ground flour in 1 kilo bags, our cake or pastry flour stands out by its versatility. It is perfect in all ty-pes of recipe and has great raising qualities. Our pizza flour also guarantees this, at the same time producing per-fect elasticity and expansion qualities to give a flavourful perfumed pizza every time. A large range of flours and semolina is also available for the trade.
