Specialissimi
These are produced by the bronze wire-drawing technique, which makes them special! They are ideal for creative or traditional recipes. They are also special because their surface is coarse or rough, so they retain the aromas of what they are served with and highlight its taste. They come in special packets of 500 grams and have unusual names: Paccheri, Conchiglioni, Fusilloni, Mezzi Bombardoni, Calamari and Lumaconi.
