We suggest a light, delicious and quick recipe to prepare.
In this dish there are all the ingredients you should always have at lunch: authenticity of the products, well-being and taste. You can smell chickpeas, pesto and turmeric all over the kitchen! Turmeric is perfectly combined with pesto and it’s also good for our body because it’s rich in anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
350 gr. Antonio Amato Potato Gnocchi
250 g pesto
300 g chickpeas
1 tablespoon of turmeric
salt to taste
Boil the water and cook our Potato Gnocchi. In the meanwhile, stir the boiled chickpeas in a pan with a little oil for two minutes. Drain our Gnocchi and pour them in a large bowl, where you will have put a couple of teaspoons of pesto and a little oil. Add then the chickpeas. Stir quickly to keep everything warm. Add turmeric and olive oil.
Serve it and add more pesto to each portion, should you prefer it.
