SOFT FILLING FROM COD FISH STICKS
ONLY BARN EGGS, 100% ITALIAN
Our recipe is prepared with soft and creamy filling prepared from cod fish sticks.
Free from MSG, palm and rapeseed oil.
Lemon splash or ketchup.
Add the fagottini to a large pan at bolling salted water and then simmer gently for about 2-3 minutes. Drain, season and serve.
Filling (45%): CODFISH and breading preparation 63,8% (CODFISH of Alaska 65%*, durum WHEAT flour, rape oil, water, potato starch, salt, paprika, yeast, turmeric), ricotta (WHEY, MILK cream, salt), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour type “0”), onions, olive oil, salt, dehydrated tomato, persley. Pasta (55%): durum WHEAT semolina, WHEAT flour, EGGS 16,7%, water. May contain traces of: soy and crostaceans.
*Fishing areas: Theragra chalcogramma, fished in the Pacific Ocean of Nord East and/or of Nord West.
Keep refrigerated at + 4 ° c. One opened, used within 3 days.
