PASTRY WITH FRIARIELLI LEAVES

A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic and chili pepper.
Sausage and friarielli is a typical Neapolitan dish: rustic, tasty and a strong character. The friarielli are turnip tops, cooked on a high flame, to become the best seasoning of an Italian sausage.
Add the ravioli to a large pan at bolling salted water and then simmer gently for about 2-3 minutes. Drain, season and serve.
Filling (60%): turnips green 39%, sausage 35% (pork, salt, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate), sunflower oil, breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour type “0”), extra-virgin olive oil, onion, salt, garlic, chili pepper 0,5%, acidity regulator: citric acid. Pasta (40%): durum WHEAT semolina, WHEAT flour, EGGS 16,7%, water, dehydrated turnips green 0,7%. May contain traces of: soy, fish and crustaceans.
Keep refrigerated at + 4 ° c. One opened, used within 3 days.
