Our recipe is prepared with “Ricotta di Bufala Campana PDO”, Calabrian chili pepper and extra virgin olive oil.

Free from MSG, palm and rapeseed oil.

Perfect with

A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and parsley or thyme.

Cooking instruction:

Add the tortelloni to a large pan at bolling salted water and then simmer gently for about 2-3 minutes. Drain, season and serve.
